Items that are
used both in an emergency as well as everyday practice such
as oxygen and a blood pressure cuff and a stethoscope are not
in the kit but should be readily available in the office.
Other elective drugs and equipment suggested
in the CD are not in the kit but could be added by the dentist
if he or she felt it important to their practice.
